The fee is $50 per participant; includes performance and summit. Scholarships are available!

CONNECT–FOCUS–GROW WORKSHOP LED BY TERESA REISBERG & MARISA CASILLAS

The Connect–Focus–Grow workshop is an activity and discussion-based training that helps young professionals, supervisors and mentors develop a mentoring mindset in order to be more successful. The workshop helps participants:

o Develop skills to deepen relationships
o Understand how perceptions and biases impact relationships
o Expand the web of quality relationship supports and social capital
o Learn how to communicate in the workplace and provide feedback
o Set goals to advance professionally
