• Exclusive Discounts: Many of our shows offer discounted rates and groups also save money with reduced handling fees.
• Priority seating: Groups receive early and exclusive access to the best available seats before the public can purchase tickets.
• Flexible payment options: Groups can reserve their seats with a small deposit. We also offer courtesy holds and payment plan options. 
• Flexible seating options: We offer location flexibility so all members of your group can enjoy a performance at their preferred price. 
• Ability to adjust: Groups can adjust their order and drop seats before final payment. We can also add seats to your order even at the last minute (subject to availability).
• Personalized service: Our Associate Director of Sales will ensure you get the best seats for your group’s budget and can facilitate any special needs or requests your group has. Our Associate Director of Sales can also give restaurant and hotel recommendations as well as help with planning for pre- and post-show activities for your group. 
• Complimentary bus parking: Bus parking for larger groups is available at both venues (subject to availability). 

• We provide a seven-day courtesy hold on seats before a 25 percent deposit is due if reserved more than 60 days before the performance.
• We provide shorter courtesy holds for groups that reserve less than 60 days before the performance. 
• Final payment is due 60 days before the performance.
• Payments secured in full for groups are final. No refunds or exchanges. Groups can reduce their seat numbers before their final payment is made.
• Group tickets cannot be resold above face value.
• Tickets identified in the secondary market or handled by a broker may be cancelled without refund.
• Ticket Omaha is the official ticket seller for all performances at the Orpheum Theater and the Holland Performing Arts Center. If you purchase from another source, you may pay more than face value for your tickets, your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and we cannot contact you with crucial information about the show.
