Group Volunteering FAQs

pt-2.5 pb-0

How long are V.I.P. volunteer shifts?

A typical shift is between 2-4 hours.

How many people can be in my group?

We accept groups of 3 – 10 individuals per event.

What can I expect from a VIP shift?

Your arrival time will be set early enough so that you can become acquainted with our venue and staff. You will be walked through your station assignment for the event and have time to ask questions. Once your responsibilities are complete, you may be given the opportunity to watch the show from an assigned location.

What do V.I.P. volunteers help with?

You may be asked to assist with roles such as greeting guests, seating patrons, scanning tickets, or passing out programs.

Is any training required?

Our team will send your group’s participants a brief overview and orientation video of the venue prior to your event.
