What should we wear?
There is no dress code at the Tenaska Center. Come in whatever you feel comfortable in. You may want to wear clothes that allow for freedom of movement so you can participate fully in our classes.
What is security like at the Tenaska Center?
Express security scanners will provide a touchless experience that does not require emptying of pockets or bags.
Can I take photos during the day?
You are welcome to take photos of your family and friends enjoying the Tenaska Center.
Are lactation rooms, changing tables, and/or family bathrooms available at the Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement?
Yes. The Tenaska Center offers a private lactation room, family bathrooms, and changing tables for both children and adults to support caregivers and families.
Our Ambassadors and staff are happy to help with directions or access at any time.
Is smoking allowed on site?
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, is allowed in the building or FNBO Garden.

If you notice you’ve lost something during your visit, check at the front desk or ask an Ambassador or staff member. You can also contact the security desk at 402.661.8555 to see if your lost item was turned in.
Together with the Holland Performing Arts Center and Steelhouse Omaha, the Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement completes Dick and Mary Holland’s vision for a thriving arts hub uniting entertainment, education, and community engagement.
The Tenaska Center is home to O-pa’s education and community programs — which already reach more than 100,000 students, teachers, and community members each year. Now those programs have a permanent home.
Classes and camps are available for all ages, experience levels, and abilities — including options specifically designed to be accessible and adaptive.
Spring and Summer 2026 enrollment is open now.
This vibrant space for learning, community, and inspiration for all ages was made possible with the support of Tenaska, the Holland Foundation, and many in our community who believe in the power of performing arts education.
