Kiewit Hall
The Peter Kiewit Concert Hall offers seating for 2,000 with a shoebox design that allows for unobstructed views and nuanced, pristine sound in a warm and inviting space.
Scott Hall
The 350-seat capacity Suzanne and Walter Scott Hall makes every event feel casually sophisticated, with incredible acoustics and unique lighting. During Holland Music Club performances, patrons enjoy intimate listening experiences along with food and drinks delivered right to their tables.
Founders Room
The John and Carmen Gottschalk Founders Room offers donors and special guests private washrooms, coat check, and bar service. Special guests often meet in the Founders Room after performances. It was refurbished in 2015 to include new furniture and a special light sculpture.
Mammel Courtyard
The Carl G. Mammel Courtyard is an open-air green space that hosts occasional concerts and other events.
Cassling Education Center
The Cassling Family Education Center is a multipurpose educational complex at the Holland Performing Arts Center featuring a multidisciplinary arts lab for youth performances, space for dance and music master classes and workshops, and fully equipped breakout rooms for classes, meetings, and conferences.
Capstan Lounge & Terrace
Located on Tier 1, the lounge area includes a full bar and indoor/outdoor seating for patrons at the Holland Center. It’s open before select performances at the Holland Center.
Parkview Lounge
Patrons can stop for refreshments and a place to lounge before shows at this bar located in the ground floor lobby near the Welcome Center.
Ovations Bar & Lounge
Ovations is a place to gather, celebrate, and give an enthusiastic round of applause to the performing arts in Omaha. Located on the ground floor of the Holland Center, it’s open for any public performance where the ground lobbies are open.
Skyview Terrace
Skyview Terrace on Tier 2 is an indoor / outdoor lounge offering sweeping views of downtown Omaha and an assortment of beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and small plates. It’s open before select performances at the Holland Center.
Zinc
Zinc is the Holland Center’s very own restaurant just steps away from the Kiewit Concert Hall. It’s open two and half hours before select performances. Reservations are recommended.
Susan Morris Star Artist Suite
The Susan Morris Star Artist Suite is the largest of several artist dressing rooms available in the backstage area of the Kiewit Concert Hall. This Star Suite includes a shower, private dressing space, and reception area.
The Tim and Teddi Slattery Gathering Room
The Tim and Teddi Slattery Gathering Room was specially designed as an artist gathering area before and after each rehearsal and performance.
