'Tis the season for gifting! Our line-up of shows includes everything from live concerts to comedy, Broadway to ballroom, and everything in-between! Check out our 2019 Holiday Gift Guide below for gift ideas that cover every type of art-lover on your list.  

For the concert connoisseur

  • (April 3): This is the perfect gift for your friend that's obsessed with all things A Capella (hello Pitch Perfect and Pentatonix). A Capella Live! will have them swooning at The Filharmonic's boy band charm. Bonus: Gospel legends Committed and chart-topping Blake Lewis will be there to deliver rich harmonies and smooth vocals.

  • Eddie Palmieri Afro-Carribbean Jazz Sextet (February 11): We've got a spicy show just for your friends and family that love to move to the upbeat sounds of salsa! Known as one of the finest pianists of the past 60 years, Eddie Palmieri fuses the rhythms of his Puerto Rican heritage with the sounds of Thelonius Monk and Herbie Hancock.

  • STOMP (February 28 & 29): Drums? Psh, try matchboxes, wooden poles or hubcaps. STOMP will take your kids love for impromptu noise-making up a notch (or two or three) with their pulse-pounding, electrifying show. 

  • Disney’s THE LION KING (April 15-May 10): Lions, hyenas and meerkats – oh my! With bright, dynamic visuals and classic songs both parents and kids know and love -  Disney's THE LION KING is sure to keep the whole family captivated from beginning to end.

  • LES MISÉRABLES (January 14-19): Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, LES MISÉRABLES tells an unforgettable story of heartbreak, passion, and the resilience of the human spirit. 

  • A BRONX TALE (February 11-16): Bursting with high-energy dance numbers and doo-wop tunes, Broadway’s hit crowd-pleaser will have your music-loving friend grinning from ear-to-ear.

  • WeBop® (March 16-May 9): Fill the heart of a parent or grandparent with joy when you give the gift of jazz this holiday season. This upcoming spring session introduces children 2-5 to the swingin' music of jazz heroes including Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald and more!

  • Penguins (March 14): Cue the cuteness! Playful, captivating and heart-felt – this true story of two male penguins bonding at New York's Central Park Zoo is perfect for young children and their families. Bonus: Kiddos get to enjoy a little Preshow Playtime before the show!

  • Camille A. Brown & Dancers (February 21): Known for being dynamic, inventive and energetic, Camille A. Brown & Dancers will take your loved one on a journey through history –  exploring issues of race, culture, and identity. 

  • Savion Glover: All FuNKD’ Up, The Concert  (April 23): What happens when you allow passion, creativity and drive to take over? Savion Glover's ALL FuNK'D Up is born! This show will get your loved one out of their seat, tapping to the beat of this genius tap dancer.

For the LOL-ers
