Creating Your Character’s Physical Body with Wai Yim
Have you ever felt disconnected between your own body and your character’s body? Well, fear not! Professional actor Wai Yim will help you physicalize your character by exploring the three essential body centers: the head, the heart, and the stomach. His guided exercise will help you understand where your character’s energy is focused so that you can explore the world of possibilities of the role you’re playing!

About Wai Yim
Wai Yim is the artistic director of aetherplough, a performance art company in Omaha, NE. He recently directed and choreographed Spring Awakening, the musical at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Other directing/ choreographing credits includes genesis 2.0 (aetherplough) and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Chanticleer Theatre). He is a proud member of Actors’ Equity, with acting credits in Chicago, Omaha, and on television.
