group guidelines
- We provide a 7-day courtesy hold on seats before a 25% deposit is due if reserved more than 60 days before the performance date.
- Shorter courtesy holds are available for groups reserving less than 60 days before the performance.
- Final payments for groups are due 60 days before the performance date.
- Orders paid in full for groups are final. No refunds or exchanges. Groups can reduce their seat numbers before their final payment is made.
- Group tickets cannot be resold above face value.
- Tickets identified in the secondary market or handled by a third-party broker outside of Ticket Omaha or Omaha Performing Arts may be canceled without a refund.
- Ticket Omaha is the official ticket retailer for all performances at the Orpheum Theater and the Holland Center. Ticketmaster is the official retailer for most shows at Steelhouse Omaha. If you purchase from another source, you may pay more than face value for your tickets, we cannot guarantee your seats, and we cannot contact you with crucial information about the show. For the best seats, at the best price, with the best service, purchase only from our official retailers.
