Exclusive Discounts: The majority of our shows offer special discounted rates on seats and groups always save money on significantly reduced handling fees. Ask us about Early Bird Pricing, which is available for most of our 21/22 Broadway season through the end of June 2021.
Priority seating: Groups get early access to our shows before individuals can purchase tickets. Secure the best available seats for your group before the general public.
Flexible payment options: Reserve your group seats with a 25 percent deposit at booking, giving you ample time to pay off your order. We also can offer courtesy holds on group orders before deposits and payments are due.
Flexible seating options: Group seats do not have to be in the same price level. We offer location flexibility so all members of your group can enjoy a performance at their preferred price.
Ability to adjust: You can adjust your order and drop seats before you make your final payment. Not sure on the final numbers of your group? Reserve a few more than you think you might need and you can drop some seats later. Have a last-minute addition to your group? Give us a call and we can add on seats to your order (subject to availability). If something isn’t available right next to your group, we’ll find some seats close by.
Free bus parking: All groups can take advantage of our free bus parking at The Holland Center and The Orpheum Theater.
Personalized service: Our Sales Manager will ensure you get the best seats for your group’s budget. Our Sales Manager can also help you with restaurant and hotel recommendations and help you plan pre and post show activities for your group.

Group Guidelines

We provide a seven-day courtesy hold on seats before a 25 percent deposit is due if reserved more than 60 days before the performance date.
Final payments for groups are due 60 days before the performance date.
Payments secured in full for groups are final. No refunds or exchanges. Groups can reduce their seat numbers before their final payment is made.
Group tickets cannot be resold at a premium or above face value.
Tickets identified in the secondary market or handled by an independent broker outside of Ticket Omaha or Omaha Performing Arts may be cancelled without refund by the box office.
Ticket Omaha is the official ticket seller for all performances at the Orpheum Theater and the Holland Performing Arts Center. If you purchase from another source, you may pay more than face value for your tickets, your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and we cannot contact you with crucial information about the show. For the best seats, at the best price and service, purchase only from Ticket Omaha.
Management reserves the right to cancel orders without refund.
