7–12 graders of any experience level at schools of all sizes are invited to the Nebraska Theater Academy.
To participate, schools must complete the online registration form. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon registration, schools will receive more information about the program and an invoice for the $135 registration fee that covers all opportunities for the school year. Discounted fee rates are available for schools demonstrating financial need.

All participating schools with adjudicated musicals, plays, or one-acts should plan on including the official Nebraska Theater Academy participation statement and logo in their printed program books. Download a copy of the Participation Statement below.

Omaha Performing Arts must have a completed informed consent and photo release form on file for all students who participate in Nebraska Theater Academy activities. Teachers only need to submit one form per student for the school year. Teachers are encouraged to submit forms for all students who might participate in the program in any capacity at the beginning of the school year. Completed forms can be submitted via email, fax, or mail.
