Other than table decorations, no unapproved decoration of the facility is allowed. All linens, extraordinary tableware, centerpieces, votives, etc., must be rented or provided by Licensee.
Nothing, including chart-pak paper, may be tacked, pinned, nailed, taped, or otherwise attached to any surface of the building or in the courtyard.
No unapproved signage of any kind is allowed inside or outside of the building.
Candles are allowed only if hooded, drip-less or in glass containers. Open flames are not allowed.
No environmentally harmful, unsightly products or potentially dangerous materials may be used such as rice, glitter, confetti, bubbles, feathers, live rose petals or fireworks, including sparklers (cold sparklers are permitted)
Helium balloons are only permitted in Scott Hall and lobbies. All Balloons must be tethered and weighted.
Walls, draperies, and upholstery of the Center may not be nailed, taped, glued, or pinned in any way. This includes all areas of the dressing rooms, lobbies and building exterior.
There are no catering minimums. A $350 bar minimum can be applied to an event with low attendance and would be included in the contract phase of planning.
The bar is charged by consumption. You can choose to have the bar fully hosted (event host pays for guest), fully cash (guest pay for their own), drink tickets, fully hosted until a set bar cap then switched to cash.
Yes. A small number of parking stalls are available at the Holland and Orpheum for the bridal party and clients. Parking garages can be arranged for guests to pay to park. Valet is an option and can be hosted or attendee-pay.

We will arrange for rain backups when booking outdoor spaces. We do a weather call 24 hours before the event to determine if the event needs to be relocated inside.
